Loyalty, honesty, integrity. 

Family values and the ability to build and grow together should be at the top of your list when looking for your Mr. Right. 

Mistake # 2: not evaluating him long enough before you become intimate. 

Waiting with physical intimacy till you have gotten to know each other better, seeing if you are a fit, is my standard recommendation to all my clients. Most women I have worked with will emotionally bond to him after they have slept with a man. The role of oxytocin should not be underestimated. In early dating, bonding to a man before you know if he is right for you doesn’t work in your favour.  

Mistake # 3: not keeping your options open long enough. 

Keeping your options open while getting to know several men at the same time, which is the old-fashioned way of dating and courtship, is the most time-efficient way to date, especially if you are a woman approaching or in your 30s and looking to start a family. 

Mistake # 4: not loving yourself first and enough. 

The relationship with yourself sets the tone for the romantic relationship you have.

You can only allow a man to love you and receive all his love when you see yourself as worthy of it. The best way to master this is to start inner work. 

In dating, putting your heart first and valuing yourself will attract the right man to you and repel the wrong men from you.
