BSc in Clinical Psychology, with counselling training, from Europe’s top University for Clinical Psychology. An excellent coaching certification from a leading U.S. coach. Work as a researcher and lecturer at University for Physics and Mathematics – fluent in several languages.
Everything I consult is based on personal experience and self-mastery first. I use the content provided by my Brand, as an accountability for myself.

Upshot-Dating™ starts with a woman defining the Upshot, her dating goal first, before she even sets foot into the dating scene. With a clear goal in mind, she can reverse engineer the steps to get there. What inner work she needs to do, where her mindset needs tweaking and what self love practices she needs to implement.
Upshot-Dating™ makes a woman’s dating experience heartbreak proof and very time-efficient. By its nature it prevents women from wasting years on the wrong man. It can, depending on the individual situation, mean, dating more than one man, at a time (without being physically intimate), which is the traditional way of getting to know each other, to see if you are a fit.
Upshot-Dating™ is a thought-through system, with clear steps, exercises and tools to implement, which help a woman deal with any scenario she may face. Yet, it is still highly adaptable to the specific life situation of each woman. My clients in their 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s have different relationship goals and my system of course, takes into account the individual person each woman is.
