What was your love life like before you began working with me?

“I was in an abusive relationship; it is possible he was, or is, a narcissist. But that doesn’t matter to me anymore because he is in the past; I have moved on and have become unavailable to such men.

Before I met you, I spent hours in forums reading up about toxic relationships. I also had another coach before you, and I had sessions with a therapist, trying to make the relationship work.

I thought that it was all my fault. I felt very exhausted, had lots of self-doubt, and was close to getting depressed. I had reached the end of my rope, and none of my friends had any helpful advice. Then, luckily, I found you. And the rest is history, as they say.”

What was it like working with me?

“It was challenging and rewarding because you solved all the issues that the other coach and therapist couldn’t. It was also eye-opening and fun. I love your sense of humour and how kind, compassionate, and understanding you are.

It was like you could read my mind. Your intuition is extremely strong. I don’t think I have ever been this honest and open with anyone. I told you things I never told anyone because I knew you would not judge me, but understand and be able to help.

You helped me see my worth, draw healthy boundaries, and show up in dating as a real queen. I liked how you approached the question of whether he was a narcissist or not, and how you helped me move on from it. Your tools helped me put the focus back on me, away from him. Consulting with you showed me there is more to life than this man.

By connecting with myself and falling in love with myself, I could see that he was not treating me well, and I stopped accepting it! The break-up was rough, but with your consulting and concrete tools, I made it through. Even though I was heartbroken and very, very hurt, I did not stay in that place for long. I was able to build up my confidence and began to see that I have value and am a beautiful, desirable woman.”

What does your love life look like now?

“I love my life. I am very happy and have never felt this light and confident. I take very good care of myself, and I have become my own best friend.

I avoid any relationship that makes me feel confused or bad about myself, and I can recognise what is good for me and what is not. I can see the signs of a Type 3 man, and I am dating only Type 3 men.
