My classic hard-working clients often live in “Warrior Mode,” constantly doing and achieving. She does not know who she is when she is not useful, successful, and contributing as she is used to. I see you; I used to be the same.
The Modern Queen evolves beyond this borderline burnout state. She allows herself to be supported, and she knows she deserves to rest.
When my clients go from Warrior-Woman-Mode™ to Modern Queen, they become the most empowered, self-determined versions of themselves! To me, this is feminist—the lived version of it.
Every woman has the potential to be a Modern Queen.
Modern Queen Motto: Being a happy, fulfilled, and self-determined woman is the biggest gift you can give yourself and anyone who meets you.
I work with archetypes and mental models, such as королева (*Russian word for Queen), because, as a former track runner and clinical psychologist, I am aware of the impact of archetypes, mental models, and visualisation—and how quickly they change your experience and deliver results.
Whether the crown-queen image speaks to you or not, what matters is the fundamental idea the image conveys: to be the best, most empowered, and self-valuing version of you.
You know you are the best version of you—the Modern Queen version—when:
- You are authentic
- You feel you are your true self
- You know who you are
- You value yourself
- You respect yourself
- You love yourself
- You live the life you want
- You feel empowered
- You make choices that are based on what is true for you
- You feel peaceful, light and free – this is most important to me!
Note that these are not about perfection!
Men do not need you to be perfect to fall in love with you; they need you to be real.
As a woman in dating and love, the gift that you bring to the table is to establish depth to the relationship, while the man, as the masculine partner, adds direction.
He moves the relationship forward, bringing up commitment and marriage.
You, as the woman, hold the key to both your hearts.
By being courageous and first unlocking your own heart, you will naturally access his, and you will both bond beyond just physical and intellectual attraction.

I used to be a Queen of Ice, and, besides Warrior-Woman-Mode™, the Queen of Ice is the most common way my typical modern, intelligent client presents herself.
Besides melting the ice and taking off the warrior woman’s gear, we also need to let go of the pressure to be perfect. Are you a perfectionist?
There is no need to be perfect to be loved!
Read that again and repeat it to yourself often!
Instead of perfect, the Modern Queen is authentic.
She acts aligned with her life goals; she is a happy woman who knows she deserves to enjoy her life.

She is open to learning and lenient in the face of her “failures” and mistakes. She uses them as learning opportunities to tweak and repeat. As any successful person does.
She loves herself too much to beat herself up. Instead, she is coachable, and that is the key to her success in love.
While she enjoys being beautiful—what woman doesn’t?—she appreciates her individual beauty and values her precious body beyond the superficial layer of looks (for example, how slim she is).

The Modern Queen is the woman who has a deep connection to her soul and who is deeply in tune with her body and female intuition. At the same time, she is like all of my clients, an extremely intelligent and educated woman.
She is the perfect balance between masculine and feminine.
Again, these are not contradictions to her; they are complements in order to experience a fulfilled life.
She knows when to use her brain and when to listen to her heart.
She has a sharp mind and an even sharper female intuition.
She can be a scientist and still practise a religion.
To me, the two are not a contradiction. I am a physicist, and my faith is important to me.
She can be a model/good-looking and study physics, which was me.
She can live in the rhythm of her cycle (I never took the pill my entire life, and my whole work month is scheduled around my cycle) and still be a successful businesswoman, as I am.

It all comes down to knowing when “doing” and when “being” is the right approach. I like to call this using the right tool in the right place. It is what my clients learn to do.

My client is a politician, and her husband is a masculine man she can trust and lean on.
